The dimples across the surface are ball-peen hammer marks, each one placed by hand - lighter and more spaced than some of my heavier pieces, which gives this one a different quality of light when the sun catches it.

This is one of the last anklets I'll make before I close my workshop for good. I hope it finds the ankle that needs something quiet and real.
